Entry-Level IT Support Technician
Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite)

Looking to launch your IT career? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology in a professional environment.
We're seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to join a collaborative onsite team supporting approximately 300 employees. You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, learning industry best practices while helping users with everyday technology needs.
What You'll Do:
- Configure and deploy Windows desktops and laptops using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Set up and support company-issued iPhones and iPads through a mobile device management (MDM) platform.
- Respond to basic technical issues including password resets, account access, and common hardware/software questions.
- Document support requests and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Prepare returned devices for redeployment by wiping, reimaging, and organizing equipment.
- Maintain IT inventory and keep equipment organized.
- Assist with conference room technology, guest Wi-Fi, and general onsite technical support.
- Support additional IT projects as your skills continue to grow.
What We're Looking For:
- Up to one year of IT experience, including internships, technical school, or recent graduate experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and general troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and build a career in Information Technology.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
