What You Will Be Working On
- Managing and strengthening relationships with assigned casino players.
- Developing relationships with new VIP guests through outreach and enrollment.
- Driving visitation through targeted calls, events, and promotional offers.
- Hosting guests during property visits, special events, dinners, concerts, and golf tournaments.
- Making complimentary decisions based on player value.
- Supporting event invitation lists, guest requests, credit accounts, and VIP office operations.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
- At least one year of casino host experience or comparable VIP casino experience.
- Strong interpersonal, telephone, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple guest needs and priorities at once.
- Calm, discreet, and solutions-oriented when handling sensitive information or guest concerns.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules and attending off-property events.
- Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness certification are required.
