How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as an order expediter, prioritizing and adjusting workflows to meet dynamic production requirements.
- Analyze open purchase orders and MRP messages in SAP to proactively resolve delays and align delivery schedules with production needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality specifications.
- Update order confirmations and manage real-time data in SAP and SFM tools to keep records precise and current.
- Troubleshoot receiving and invoicing discrepancies using advanced problem-solving techniques to maintain smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and escalate critical issues promptly to prevent disruptions in production schedules.
- High School Diploma or GED and a Proven background in supply chain operations and production processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, SCM tools, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong skills in interpreting reports, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing demands.
- Proactive approach to resolving complex issues and driving process
