How You’ll Make An Impact
- Ensure correct versioning and revisioning of documents using suitable methods.
- Assign and manage documents according to various engineering requirements.
- Manage and distribute product documents effectively.
- Prepare documents for customer approval and print workbooks for customer products.
- Check documents for formal aspects to ensure compliance and quality.
- High School diploma is required.
- You have the ability to use various software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
- You possess knowledge of general manufacturing, product document layout, and plotting/printing services.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal partners and external customers.
- You demonstrate strong oral and written skills and are very detail oriented.
- You thrive in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Relevant Associate’s Degree. Preferred
- Ability to use and troubleshoot various printing equipment.
- Familiarity with Document Management Tools (Fiery Command Workstation, Microsoft Office).
- Exposure to AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
