How You’ll Make An Impact
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and compliant production processes.
- Identify and interpret JHAs related to assigned tasks
- Operate department equipment and tooling as needed, such as but not limited to manual blast cabinets dimensional fixtures, and pressure washers. Must be able to do light blend repair and final Dimensional while staying within TLV limits.
- Must be proficient in using all types of measuring tools and devices, Height gages, calipers, OD mics. etc....
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications as required per department, such as but not limited to Forklift and Crane Operation.
- S Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Entry-level position - requires experience working in an industrial environment
- Effective communication and listening skills” proficient in Microsoft office, excel, Word.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
