Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Interaction: Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, prepare proposals/contracts, and upsell services to maximize revenue.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), diagrams, and, detailed, itineraries to internal staff.
- Administration: Manage client databases in system (e.g.,triple seat), track, bookings, and, process payments
- Operations Liaison: Collaborate with culinary and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in catering sales, sales, event management, or hospitality.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with catering software (e.g., triple seat) and Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive customer service mindset.
