About The Role
Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Relations Liaison to represent our brand at community events and initiatives. This role is essential to connecting Pinkbox with the communities we serve through our Pinkbox Community Table program and by partnering with the philanthropic arm of our company. The position is highly interactive, event-driven, and offers a flexible and engaging work environment outside of a traditional office setting.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkbox Doughnuts at community events, activations, and outreach opportunities with professionalism, positivity, and energy.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Pinkbox Community Table events, ensuring seamless set-up, customer engagement, and brand representation.
- Collaborate with the philanthropic arm of the company to support charitable initiatives and special events.
- Interact with event guests and partners in a personable, fun, and approachable way, embodying the Pinkbox brand.
- Travel to various event locations ensure Pinkbox has a strong and consistent community presence.
- Provide support and communication to the Pinkbox leadership team regarding event outcomes, feedback, and opportunities.
- Outgoing, friendly, and community-minded with strong people skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from events.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to adapt to a changing schedule and multiple event environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods during events.
