Oracle HCM Payroll Lead
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integrations, as well as a strong background in payroll technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integration projects
- Utilize expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC to optimize payroll processes
- Ensure payroll compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll costing strategies
- Conduct payroll testing and provide cutover support
- Manage payroll transformations and parallel testing initiatives
- Integrate payroll systems with GL/ERP platforms and UKG/Kronos solutions
- Handle multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments
- Provide expertise in Union payroll and HR management
Requirements
Required Skills
- 15 years of payroll technology experience
- Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise
- CPP Certification (APA)
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC
- Expertise in payroll integrations, compliance, and costing
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments
- Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting skills
