We are looking for an experienced GenAI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Generative AI engagements for Fortune 500 clients. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong leadership skills, hands-on LLM expertise, and experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GenAI client engagements from discovery to enterprise deployment
Own project delivery, stakeholder communication, and customer success
Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for AI/ML initiatives
Drive technical roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
Deliver scalable LLM, RAG, and Multi-Agent AI solutions
Research and implement the latest advancements in Generative AI and Large Language Models
Ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies and industry best practices
Required Skills
10 years of professional experience with 4 years leading AI/ML projects
Strong experience delivering Generative AI / LLM solutions
Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and related GenAI frameworks
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Multi-Agent AI systems
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP)
Agile methodologies with JIRA and Confluence
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead enterprise AI initiatives
