Repack Team

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual repackaging of products according to company standards and customer specifications.

• Open, sort, label, count, and repackage goods as needed for redistribution or sale.

• Inspect items for quality, damage, expiration, and compliance with packaging requirements.

• Accurately label products and ensure packaging is clean, sealed, and presentable.

• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy.

• Follow written and verbal instructions from the Repack Lead or Supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Handle products carefully to avoid waste or damage during the repackaging process.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of repack stations as needed.

• Comply with all safety procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.

Education and Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• Previous warehouse or repack experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Good attention to detail and basic counting/math skills.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 40–50 lbs as needed.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment.
