Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Planning: Conduct learning needs analyses and create comprehensive learning plans to support IT adoption and end-user satisfaction.
- Learning Experience Design: Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to design blended learning experiences, including live sessions, eLearning modules, and on-demand resources.
- Content Development: Develop accessible, engaging instructional content for non-technical audiences, including facilitator guides, job aids, and presentation materials.
- eLearning Development: Build interactive eLearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, ensuring seamless integration with internal Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Video Production: Create instructional and promotional videos, including scripting, editing, and recording professional-quality voiceovers.
- Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver live or virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for global audiences, using interactive approaches to maximize engagement and retention.
- Project Management: Manage multiple learning projects concurrently to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Implement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data-driven evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience development
