Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI / Dashboard Engineer to design and develop internal monitoring dashboards that provide real-time visibility into deployment health, store connectivity, and system performance. The ideal candidate is a skilled front-end engineer with strong backend integration expertise, capable of building interactive and scalable dashboard solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern dashboard UIs for real-time operational visibility.
• Build backend services and APIs integrating data from Azure, MongoDB, and release systems.
• Implement data visualization for deployment health, performance metrics, and error tracking.
• Integrate self-healing and monitoring data to display system health and automated recovery actions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Release Engineering, and Platform teams to extract and visualize KPIs.
• Ensure secure authentication and role-based access within dashboard solutions.
• Maintain scalability, performance, and usability across multiple environments.
• Document architecture, data flows, and deployment patterns for the dashboard.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years in Full-Stack or Front-End Engineering, ideally within DevOps or monitoring platforms.
• Expertise in Angular, React, or Vue frameworks.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like D3.js, Chart.js, or Recharts.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and real-time streaming (SignalR, WebSockets).
• Excellent UX design sensibility focused on actionable and intuitive dashboards.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to define and visualize system KPIs.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Backend experience with Go (Golang), C#, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and Azure services (App Services, Functions, Event Grid, etc.).
• Experience integrating dashboards with CI/CD systems and DevOps telemetry data.
