SHYN Cleaning LLC is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Milwaukee area. Responsibilities
- Perform Airbnb turnover cleanings, ensuring properties are guest-ready.
- Complete move-in and move-out cleanings.
- Clean residential homes to company standards.
- Perform office, commercial, and janitorial cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and other surfaces as needed.
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance or damage observed during cleanings.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and property managers.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required.
- Residential cleaning experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Airbnb turnovers, move-out cleans, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for traveling between job sites.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential house cleaning experience.
- Airbnb or vacation rental turnover experience.
- Janitorial or office cleaning experience.
