You will act as the bridge between the kitchen and guests, ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Ensure all plates are presented correctly and meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, expo line, and dining room
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with running drinks, condiments, and other guest needs as required
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
