Gallion’s Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is seeking a motivated, dependable Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant known for classic technique, high-quality ingredients, and elevated hospitality in a refined yet welcoming setting.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

• Follow recipes, plating standards, and chef direction

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation

• Assist with prep, stocking, and proper food storage

• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality

• Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow cooks to support smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
