Beach Happy Café is seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Crew Members to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, prepping, and assembling menu items
- Cook and plate food according to café standards and recipes (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
- Take direction from kitchen leadership and contribute to a positive team environment
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
