Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform metal repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs.
- Remove, repair, and reinstall body components, moldings, trim, and glass as needed.
- Operate frame machines, welding equipment, and other body shop tools safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years previous automotive body repair experience required.
- Knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry-standard equipment.
- Ability to read repair estimates and follow repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with Aluminum Repair a plus
