Shults Ford Lincoln Wexford, part of Richard Bazzy’s Shults Auto Group, is hiring an energetic, motivated Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

We're looking for a customer-focused professional who can turn conversations into appointments and help drive sales for one of Pittsburgh's leading automotive dealership groups.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming sales calls, internet leads, texts, and emails
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for our automotive sales team
- Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
- Help drive dealership sales through outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone skills and a confident, friendly personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Sales, BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
