Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
The hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strategic agility by integrating industry insights and trends into content production workflows, proactively adapting processes to meet evolving business objectives.
- Exhibit influential leadership by guiding cross-functional teams, championing creative and operational best practices, and empowering colleagues through mentorship and actionable feedback.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by using performance metrics and analytics to refine content strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a Gen-AI video power user and a go-to resource for the content production team to elevate production capabilities.
- Co-lead process documentation and establish best practices for team members to ensure efficient use of AI video tools.
- Review workflows regularly, update documentation as necessary, and maintain accessible records in SharePoint.
- Optimize and scale the usage of video and photo content captured at onsite events.
- Review video and photo request spreadsheets to identify coverage gaps, assisting the multimedia team in finalizing schedules to best use staff and contractor time.
- Create and maintain a master library with individual links to ensure video footage is accessible to all stakeholders.
- Act as the connective tissue among cross-functional teams, using insights from meetings to recommend post-event usage of videos, photos, and testimonials.
- Work with requesting stakeholders to project manage and create net-new assets for social media, web, publications, and reports.
- Lead alignment across the Brand and Marketing division to establish Monday.com as the primary platform for collaboration, tracking, and measurement, driving full team adoption and best practices.
- Maintain a dedicated project management board (e.g., Monday.com) to track proposed ideas, active projects, and published content to measure success and ensure accountability.
- Research and recommend strategic offerings, such as B2B options, to translate content into more paid media sales and increased revenue.
- Own and operate house ad processes for Content Production projects, including publications, podcasts, newsletters, and thought leadership reports.
- Oversee the entire podcast ad workflow, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and integration with campaign goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners on all podcast ad efforts, building strong partnerships and aligning on deliverables and success measures.
- Strategically leverage podcasts as key revenue drivers by optimizing ad placements and developing innovative monetization strategies.
- Identify appropriate house ad placements based on themes, top-priority products, and key performance indicators.
- Lead the creation of ad assets with stakeholders, ensuring creative requests are submitted and completed on standard schedules.
- Five to seven years of experience in content production, creative project management, or multimedia storytelling, demonstrating strategic agility by integrating emerging trends and adapting team processes to shifting business priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, providing actionable feedback and enabling peers’ growth through mentorship and support.
- Strong track record of making data-informed decisions using performance metrics and analytics to refine content strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex campaigns across video, digital, and events, with expertise in generative AI (GenAI) design and video tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and mastery of project management platforms such as Monday.com, SharePoint, and Slack, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of content marketing ecosystems, audience engagement principles, and monetization strategies.
- Comfortable managing production schedules and fostering strong team alignment and communication.
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00AM – 9:00AM and concluding between 5:00PM – 6:00PM.
