What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids Lounge Staff position at Shred415 Castle Rock?
Shred415 is a boutique fitness studio seeking a service-oriented, hardworking, team player to join our staff. Our studio is unique in that we offer child care at specific times for our members to bring their kids with them during their workout. We are looking for friendly and reliable staff to assist in our Kid's Lounge working with children from the ages of 6 weeks to 13 years during our scheduled class times.
Current shifts available: Monday Mornings

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service: provide the utmost hospitality at all times to each client, handling interactions with professionalism and courtesy
- Supervise, engage with, and care for the children for 45-60 minutes while their parent is attending class
- Communicate and show up on time
- Clean kid's lounge room and assist with studio support when needed
- Greet each member that enters or exists the studio
-Attend Team Shred415 Trainings on a quarterly basis
