Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
- Convert incoming leads into new appointments
- Convert lash extension customers into new members
- Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" service packages
- Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- 1 years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
- Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Ability to work the following schedule:
- Monday 9am-1:15pm
- Tuesday 9am-4pm
- Thursday 9am-4pm
- Saturday 9am-1:15pm
