The Staff Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and ongoing client accounting support across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close activities across multiple client entities
- Review and finalize financial statements
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support financial reporting deadlines and close schedules
- Communicate with operations teams and internal stakeholders regarding financial questions
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
- Manage accounting responsibilities across multiple client locations simultaneously
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting experience, preferred
- Experience with month-end close activities, strongly preferred
- Exposure to bank reconciliations, journal entries, and Accounts Payable processes
- Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience highly transferable
- Microsoft Dynamics and Great Plains experience, preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting
