Position Highlights
- Full-time opportunity
- Typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
- PTO and sick leave
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
- 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
- Current BLS certification
- Coordinate care for patients with traumatic brain injuries
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up services
