Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – General Surgery to support surgical services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Position Highlights
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday-Friday (40hrs per wk)
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
- PTO and sick leave
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
- 1 year of RN experience within the last 2 years
- 1 year of experience in a Surgery Clinic, Step-Down Unit, ICU, or PACU within the last 5 years
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certification, or ability to obtain within the first 2 months of employment
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education
- Coordinate surgical scheduling and patient care
- Support postoperative recovery and PACU services as assigned
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Assist with clinical procedures and surgical care coordination
