Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces according to diagrams (tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, etc.)
- Break down and clean event areas after functions
- Transport equipment such as linens, furniture, and audiovisual gear
- Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and event-ready at all times
- Assist event coordinators and banquet staff during events as needed
- Respond quickly to guest or staff requests during events
- Maintain storage areas and keep inventory organized
- Follow safety procedures when lifting and moving equipment
