The Clean-Sweep Role
Key responsibilities:
- Refill linen closets with guest amenities and supplies; deliver items directly to room attendants as needed
- Strip departed rooms of linens and trash; empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and waste
- Detail corridors: remove wall/door marks; polish mirrors, room numbers, and elevator doors
- Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers
- Flip mattresses and help move furniture per supervisor direction
- Follow attendance expectations; complete other related duties as assigned
Required skills/qualifications:
- Hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Stamina for standing, bending, and stooping; ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Clear verbal/written communication, teamwork, and guest-service mindset
- Able to follow supervisor instructions
