What You’ll Tackle
As an EVS Attendant, you help create that “wow, this place feels great” first impression by keeping our public spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready.
What you’ll bring
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Must be detailed -oriented in cleaning public areas
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and guidance
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety
- Must be able to work various schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize lobbies, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other public areas (vacuum, dust, mop, polish, remove trash)
- Keep supply carts stocked, neat, and organized; use equipment properly and report issues
- Greet guests and assist with simple questions while working
- Support teammates with special projects (like moving furniture for shampooing) and complete assigned trainings
- Report hazards or suspicious activity and help follow emergency/safety procedures
