Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Loan Portfolio Specialist I to join our team. The Loan Portfolio Specialist provides administrative support to sales team in various aspects of the loan/relationship onboarding process. This position also serves as a point of contact for commercial loan customers by providing a high level of service in response to questions, requests, or concerns.

Essential Functions Include
- Organizes RMs work environment and schedules appointments.
- Maintains customer financial files, collects annual required financials.
- Submits financial requests and tracks/documents follow up calls for information.
- Sends renewal letters, tracks disbursements of letters and documents follow up calls.
- Assists LSS with coordinating loan closings and collecting due diligence/loan closing checklist items.
- Addresses customer needs.
- Assists in the preparation of credit memos and facilitates communication between UW, RM/PM and client for new requests and renewals.
- Works with the branch and CS team to ensure new account and treasury mgmt. documentation is collected and saved.
- Managers opportunities in nCino for the sales staff.
- Tracks production and referral logs and pipeline on a weekly basis.
- Supports branch staff with lending needs, concerns and questions.
- Provides service to customer by keeping them abreast of loan status and responding to their questions.
- Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence.

- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- 1 year experience successfully providing excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years experience in commercial banking
- The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 hourly.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
