Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Strategic Projects Administrator to join our team. The Strategic Projects Administrator supports the Chief Strategy and Project Officer (CSPO) by managing and coordinating key strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts and projects across the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, objective decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive results aligned with the institution’s strategic goals.

Essential Functions Include
- Coordinate and manage components of strategic projects from planning through execution to ensure alignment with our project management policy.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, budgets, timelines, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Work with supervisor and cross functional departments to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Monitor projects and strategic initiatives to identify risks of success, escalate issues and propose mitigation strategies, when applicable, to keep initiatives on track.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts and company projects.
- Serve as a liaison between the CSPO and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Monitor and Report on Key Performance or Risk Indicators (KPI or KRIs) related to strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts or projects.
- Support Vendor and Third-Party Management
- Coordinate with external partners or vendors involved in strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Participate in change management governance, ensuring that project changes are reviewed, approved, and communicated effectively.
- Support the adoption of new technologies or platforms that improve efficiency, customer experience, or data security.
- Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
- Full-time.
- Exempt.
- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, strategic operations, business process improvement or banking.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- The pay range for this position is $76,000 to $120,000 annually.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
