We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for commercial clients, managing policy servicing, renewals, remarketing efforts, and day-to-day account needs. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in commercial insurance operations.
- Base salary of $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial policy renewals and ongoing account servicing
- Quote new business opportunities and remarket existing accounts when appropriate
- Provide day-to-day support for commercial clients, including certificates of insurance and policy-related requests
- Assist with policy reviews and account retention initiatives
- Support producers with new business referrals and client relationship management
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, clients, and agency team members
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Prior commercial insurance experience preferred
- Experience using carrier rating platforms and insurance company systems
- Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and servicing processes
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
