RN Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, you play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional resident care.
You will:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond proactively
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (PointClickCare)
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion
RN Requirements
We proudly welcome new graduates and experienced RNs alike.
- Active Florida RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- IV certification
- Ability to learn and navigate PointClickCare
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
