The Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of guest rooms at The Seagate Hotel. This position ensures all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and readiness, contributing directly to guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.
What You Do:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, prioritizing check-outs and adhering to established standards
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies at the beginning of each shift
- Remove trash, soiled linens, and used items, and replace with clean linens and amenities
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., lighting, carpet stains, equipment) and report concerns promptly
- Clean and reset all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to meet cleanliness standards
- Prepare rooms for arriving guests, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Organize and maintain linen rooms and ensure proper inventory levels of supplies
- Return housekeeping keys and complete required documentation at the end of each shift
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding room status and special requests
- Deliver friendly, courteous service to guests while responding to requests efficiently
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with additional housekeeping or operational duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
