Room Attendant - Housekeeping

We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the cleanliness of all guest rooms, ensuring that each room exemplifies our standards for care and cleanliness. The Room Attendant will also provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests, assisting them as needed. This is a daytime position that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies.
• Ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities such as toiletries and towels.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room turnover.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
