Employment: Part Time or Full Time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Overview: Busy Family Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to assist in representation of clients in all areas of family law including; Child Custody, Divorce, Equitable Distribution, Support, Adoptions, Pre Nuptials/Post Nuptials, and Protection Orders from Abuse. This position is ideal for an attorney who values professionalism, strives for excellence, and is passionate about helping clients through difficult transitions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in family law is preferred
- Significant experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, etc.
- Review/Manage discovery
- Ability to appear in court handle high volume case load
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated proactive problem solver
- Willingness to work as part of a team
