- Provide knowledgeable answers about products, store policies, and promotions using clear communication skills
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-ups
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock replenishment efforts
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
