- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Lead by example in sales management, actively engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Utilize math skills for accurate cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and motivation strategies.
- Negotiate with vendors when necessary to ensure optimal product selection and pricing.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Proven skills in inventory control, sales management, cash handling, and team leadership.
- Strong ability to interview candidates effectively and conduct employee orientation sessions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for the store.
