Position

Repairable Spares Coordinator

Reports To

Warehouse Superintendent

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate tracking of inventory repairs both on and off-site
• Coordinate with engineering and vendors to develop a repair strategy
• Document and distribute status, inspection reports, test reports, etc.
• Evaluate repair vendor performance
• Reports on metrics and KPI’s
• Support cycle counting programs and materials audits
• Performs other duties as required
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent
• Five years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Prior experience in a Petro-Chem environment

• Microsoft Office applications required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Well-developed interpersonal, oral communication, and writing skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and organized; can handle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing focus; ability to properly prioritize work.
• Detail-minded and delivers quality work products.
• High commitment to work processes, procedures, and systems.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Regularly required to push, pull, bend, climb, and perform long periods of standing and walking on cement foundations.
• Occasionally required to stoop and kneel.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to coordinate the movement of eyes, hands, feet, and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
• Required to be medically certified for a respirator and medically fit for duty.
• Use of PPE is required in specific areas.
• Work in different weather conditions, under emergency conditions, and for prolonged periods of time.
