Shine & Grind, LLC. is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our Painting Crew in Brevard County, FL! Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and/or exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic sheeting
- Follow job site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work efficiently alongside crew members to meet project deadlines
- Perform touch-ups and quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
- Load, transport, and care for painting equipment and materials
Requirements:
- Prior painting experience (residential, commercial, or industrial) preferred
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
