TikTok Live Host and Content Creator

We are looking for a confident, high-energy TikTok Live Host Content Creator to drive revenue, build community, and represent our brand authentically on TikTok.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on camera, thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, and knows how to turn engagement into sales. You’ll host live selling sessions, create scroll-stopping content, and play a key role in growing our TikTok presence.

Live Selling Community Building

• Host TikTok Live selling sessions (frequency based on schedule)
• Showcase products in an engaging, informative, and high-energy way
• Drive sales through urgency, storytelling, and strategic product positioning
• Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build rapport
• Highlight promotions, bundles, and limited-time drops
• Encourage follows, shares, and growth to build community
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize selling approach
• Collaborate with the marketing team on live strategy, themes, and goals

Content Creation Channel Growth

• Create consistent TikTok content focused on beauty products
• Demonstrate and apply makeup products confidently on camera
• Research trends and translate them into on-brand content
• Contribute to overall TikTok channel growth and performance
• Test, learn, and iterate to improve reach, engagement, and conversion

• Strong confidence speaking on camera
• High energy engaging personality
• Ability to show personality, warmth, and authenticity
• Comfortable selling and demonstrating beauty products
• Quick thinker who can adapt in real-time during live sessions
• Consistency and willingness to improve over time
• Passion for beauty, storytelling, and connecting with women

• Experience hosting TikTok Lives (preferred)
• Background in beauty, fashion, styling, or mom-focused brands (bonus)
• Experience creating content and growing a brand on TikTok
• Must be able to work on location in Lindon, Utah
