Baby Bling is a women-owned brand creating high-quality, handcrafted bows since 2005. Featured in Nordstrom and boutiques nationwide, our hair accessories are beloved by moms everywhere! We are building a vibrant, community-driven presence on TikTok and looking for dynamic hosts to help us grow our live selling channel.

Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, engaging, and sales-driven TikTok Live Seller to host shoppable livestreams. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building community, and representing the Baby Bling brand authentically and energetically during TikTok Live sessions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, quick on their feet, and understands how to convert viewers into buyers in a live environment.

Responsibilities

  • Host TikTok Live selling sessions (frequency determined by schedule) Showcase products in an engaging, informative, and high-energy way Drive sales through urgency, storytelling, and strategic product positioning Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build rapport Highlight promotions, bundles, and limited drops Collaborate with marketing team on live strategy, themes, and goals Track performance metrics and continuously optimize selling approach Support community building by encouraging follows, shares, and VIP group growth

Qualifications

  • Comfortable and confident on camera Strong communication and storytelling skills Sales experience preferred (live selling, retail, or digital sales a plus) Familiarity with TikTok culture and trends Ability to think quickly and respond to live comments Energetic personality with strong presence Reliable internet and filming setup

Bonus Points: Experience hosting lives Background in fashion, styling, or mom-focused brand Experience with content creation and growing a brand on TikTok
