Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee residential window installations
- Coach, direct, and ensure the safety and productivity of your crew
- Communicate with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service
- Collect payments and complete project documentation
- Communicate with managers and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
- Extensive residential window installation experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
