Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the commercial and industrial real estate market, including trends, data, and competitive activity
- Drive new business through extensive prospecting — cold calling, in-person meetings, and relationship building
- Support leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, and sales efforts in the industrial sector
- Assist with property valuations, client presentations, proposals, and market reports
- Track and analyze market-level data, financial models, and comparable transactions
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and prospective tenants
- Participate in team marketing initiatives and business development opportunities alongside senior brokers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of business development, sales, or client-facing experience (internship experience considered)
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Leadership, competitiveness, and a drive to win are essential traits
- CRM or database management experience preferred
