What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Specialist position at Shift Consultation LLC?
Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We primarily focus on doing Functional Assessments and writing Positive Behavior Support Plans for kids and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals who reside in Eastern Oregon. This position is a combination of remote work and in-person visits which are scheduled at your own convenience. It is a part time, W-2 position. Pay is determined based on experience level and all drive time is paid at your typical rate.
Requirements:
- Experience working with aging adults or people with disabilities
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong communication and self management
