What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Specialist position at Shift Consultation LLC?
Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We provide behavior consultation for kids and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We also work with aging adults who live at home or in Assisted Living Facilities. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals to provide in-person visits and interviews with our clients and their caregivers. These meetings are a crucial part of getting to know our clients, their environment and their needs.
This position is a combination of remote work and in-person visits which are scheduled at your own convenience. It is a part time, W-2 position. Pay is determined based on experience level and all drive time is paid at your typical rate.
Requirements:
- Experience working with aging adults or people with disabilities
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong communication and self management
