Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Liaison—a Specialty Pharmacy Technician who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. The role will be onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
- Process prior authorizations, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one

- State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT required.
- 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
