This role includes assisting patients through the refill process, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
- Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
- Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.
- Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
- Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry.
- Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.

- State-registered (Arizona) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT required
- 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
