As the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, you'll support medication access, adherence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate refills, delivery, and medication access
- Support insurance navigation and copay assistance programs
- Monitor and improve medication adherence
- Communicate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic teams
- Resolve patient, insurance, and access challenges efficiently

🎯 Qualifications & Skills✅ Required
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (state licensure required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- CPhT (PTCB certification)
- 5–8 years of experience
- Background in specialty pharmacy, patient support, or medication adherence programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly

- 💵 Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 bonus
- Final pay based on experience, location, and applicable factors
