🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Process, label, and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification
- Communicate with pharmacists, clinicians, and patients
- Support medication adherence through outbound calls
- Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial programs
- Manage inventory, supplies, and medication storage requirements
- Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate refills
- Maintain accurate data, perform adjudication, and support operations
- Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support process initiatives
- Strong communication and phone skills 📞
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 💻
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable ✅
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills 🤝
- Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information 🔒
- Pharmacy Technician registration (required)
- CPhT certification (preferred)
- 1 years of experience (5 years preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
