Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented ADP HRIS Analyst to deliver HRIS expertise specific to ADP Workforce Now. The HRIS Analyst will be a crucial member of a high performing HR team focused on the effective support of a diverse employee population. This position will be a key member of the HR team and work closely with our finance and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, direct and maintain HR System-related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for the HR Systems
- Process all employee changes, troubleshoot and resolve issues, partner with our Payroll team to ensure accuracy
- Manage the year end Performance Management and Merit Increase processes
- Create automation of current manual processes by further leveraging ADP; creating work flows for changes to be automated within Workforce Now.
- Consult with assigned business units to resolve challenges and business problems by responding, developing, implementing, and executing proactive solutions including strategic and tactical contributions as needed
- Collaborate with open enrollment team to ensure all benefit are updated and reflected timely and accurately in HRIS
- Ensure employee resources documentation within ADP are up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis
- Support HR Operations team during implementation of benefits carrier connection
- Provide ad-hoc reporting for both the HR team and business units
- Conduct needs assessments and analyses to identify challenges an opportunities to gain efficiencies
- Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to managers, supervisors, and line staff
- Support training needs with delivery of a variety of training courses/classes designed to meet identified training requirements - as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3 years expert knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with HRIS implementation life cycle and back-end management experience
- Strong HRIS systems administration in ADP Workforce Now; experience must include but not limited to time and attendance, benefits, performance dashboards, compensation dashboards and building out approval workflows for employee changes
- An understanding of data structure, report generation and data analytics
- Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member, and interact with all levels of employees and management
- Track record of providing stellar customer service to the employees supported
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree related to Human Resources or other applicable fields of study or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of applicable experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Exposure and understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, talent management, employee lifecycle, LOA, etc.
