General Trades Laborer At Shiel Sexton
The General Trades Laborer works as a member of a diverse crew, performing a variety of interior and exterior construction tasks, including light framing, hardware and accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition, and other general construction duties.
This is an entry-level position; we are willing to train motivated individuals!

General Trades Laborer At Shiel Sexton
The General Trades Laborer works as a member of a diverse crew, performing a variety of interior and exterior construction tasks, including light framing, hardware and accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition, and other general construction duties.

Role Expectations And Competencies
- Working with tape measures, hand tools, bubble and laser levels, power tools, and various other construction equipment to tear down, remodel, build, and renovate.
- Readiness to learn and grow your construction skills from industry-leading professionals while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
- Able to be on time and present every day for work.
- No experience necessary, but preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow skills in the general construction field.
- Must be safety-minded and comfortable working with scaffold systems, shoring, weather protection, and installation of fall protection systems.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to submit to a background check and drug screening.
